About Prsona
Prsona is an AI cold email and prospect intelligence Chrome extension built by Dalton Carroll, currently Ops Manager at BluShark Digital, an SEO agency. Born from spending 40% of every workday on prospect research and email drafting that should have taken 10% — and looking at every existing tool in the category and finding none that actually solved the per-rep workflow at a price a small team could afford.
The first version of Prsona shipped because every existing AI cold email tool in 2024 was either built for $200/seat enterprise sales engagement (Outreach, Salesloft) or built for $500/month cold email infrastructure (Instantly, Smartlead). There was no $30/seat tool that actually generated personalized outreach grounded in the prospect's real page content. Templates with variable insertion were not personalization; they were variable insertion.
The category needed a per-rep Chrome extension that read the prospect's actual content, generated a personalized email in the team's configured brand voice, and stayed out of the way of whatever sequencing or sending infrastructure the team already had. Prsona is that.
Prsona is a Chrome extension that turns a prospect's LinkedIn profile into a personalized cold email or message in the team's brand voice. Director configures the voice once at /settings; every rep's next AI generation follows it. Each rep can layer a personal voice on top. The structured prospect record (name, role, company, recent activity, conversation hooks) is captured on extraction, with a one-click save to the team dashboard.

Founded Prsona in early 2026 after a year of evaluating B2B sales tools internally for BluShark's outbound operations and finding none that actually worked at the per-rep workflow level for the kind of small-to-mid-market team most B2B companies actually look like.
Pre-Prsona experience: B2B sales operations, marketing operations, and partner programs at multiple SaaS and agency companies. Holds a degree in Marketing. Background as practitioner before founder — the product is built from the inside of the workflow it serves, not from outside studying it.
